Raza Bazi Terms & Conditions – Full English Version

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between raza bazi and its users. raza bazi is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting platform, operating under the Curacao Gaming Authority.

These terms and conditions are available in both English and Bangla. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail. raza bazi reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Registered users will be notified via email of any changes.

• These terms apply to all raza bazi services — including the website, mobile app, and any affiliated platforms.
• Using raza bazi for any political, religious, or communal purpose is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• Raza bazi's services are intended for personal and recreational use only.
• Using any technical exploit (bots, automation, hacking) is a punishable offense.

To open an account with raza bazi, you must meet the eligibility requirements below. All information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. Accounts created using false information will be terminated and any balance will not be refunded.

• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age. A government-issued ID may be requested at any time for age verification.
• One Account: Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts from the same IP address or device are not allowed.
• Accurate Information: Your name, date of birth, phone number, and email must be accurate. This information will be verified at a later stage.
• Password Security: Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone. You are solely responsible for the security of your account.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification (KYC) is required before large withdrawals. A national ID card or passport must be submitted.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred BDT).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Daily maximum withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000 (five lakh BDT).

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on raza bazi. In the event of any betting dispute, raza bazi's decision shall be final.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed — including in-play bets.
• Raza bazi reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet will be voided and the original stake will be refunded.
• Any bet linked to evidence of match-fixing or manipulation may be voided.
• A maximum bet limit applies per event, and this limit varies by event.
• Bets will not be accepted if there are insufficient funds in your account.
• In live betting, odds can change in an instant.

Bonuses and promotions offered by raza bazi are subject to specific terms. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of these terms.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only, redeemable once. A bonus is awarded at a set rate based on the first deposit.
• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, a specified number of wagers must be placed (typically 10x–30x). Each bonus carries its own wagering requirements.
• Validity Period: Every bonus has an expiry period. If the conditions are not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Misuse: Accounts created solely to exploit bonuses will have all bonuses and associated benefits cancelled.
• Combined: Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.

• Each member can set their own deposit, bet, and loss limits.
• Once the self-exclusion option is activated, account access will be suspended for the specified period.

Raza bazi reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account under the following circumstances.

• In the event of a breach of the Terms & Conditions.
• On suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If false information is provided during KYC verification.
• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period (12 months or more) will be marked as dormant.

Before closing an account, the user will be given a 7-day notice stating the reason, unless it is an emergency situation.

Raza bazi's website, mobile app, logo, content, design, and software are the exclusive property of raza bazi and are protected under copyright law.

• Republishing, selling, or distributing any raza bazi content without permission is strictly prohibited.
• Information may be collected for personal use, but not for commercial purposes.
• Raza bazi's logo and trademarks may not be used without prior authorization.

• Bets lost due to an internet disconnection.
• When a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment provider error.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, war, or other force majeure events.
• Any loss resulting from sharing your account credentials with others.
• When the service is temporarily unavailable due to a cyberattack.

Raza bazi may update these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made:

• A notice will be sent to your registered email address at least 7 days in advance.
• Updated terms will be published on the website with the effective date clearly stated.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw your balance.
